  • Advice for women: tampons and other feminine products can be difficult to encounter in some areas and sometimes quite expensive.  Arrive prepared for your comfort.

Psitt, psitt...  A little advice...

  * When on the road, eat when hunger strikes. It's important to have a little something to munch on and some water.  We can't  tell you enough the importance of eating nutritive food to have all the energy you need to go about where we are going. An empty stomach and 12 persons in a minibus is usually not a good  combination.  Be prepared, bring along energy bars and anything else you may need. don't worry about  space, we have lots of it on the roof.
